As part of our OBM we have 20 hours but sometimes work can creep into VA work, meaning we aren’t maximising my OBM role as it’s taken up with VA tasks. The aim is to keep the OBM at 20 hours and any VA work at £38 vs my £70. This is about efficient use of resources.
