As your OBM, I'm actively working in your business throughout the month, not just during our calls. You'll have regular access to me through our communication platform, and I'm proactively managing your backend operations, implementing improvements, and handling day-to-day tasks. This isn't a "check-in once a week" partnership - it's having someone who's genuinely invested in your business success, thinking ahead for you, and actively managing your operations every day.

While 20 hours is typically sufficient for most clients, business needs can fluctuate. If you need additional support, we can discuss adjusting your package or adding extra hours as needed. The key is maintaining open communication about your business needs so we can plan and adapt accordingly.

Absolutely! My role is to implement systems that make your life easier, not more complicated. I focus on user-friendly solutions and provide clear documentation for anything you need to interact with. Plus, as your OBM, I handle most of the technical aspects, allowing you to focus on what you do best - serving your clients and growing your business.

Payment is due in advance of services. Invoices will be generated on or around the 25th of each month, with payment due no later than the first day of the subsequent month. The commencement of work will only proceed upon receiving full payment for the issued invoices.
